The Hoawe Ritual at Moana Lani Spa

At Moana Lani, guests are encouraged to leave their worries at the door. Select treatments begin with a "hoawe" bowl filled with alaea Hawaiian sea salt, known for its healing abilities. Guests will be asked to take a mindful moment to release their burdens into the salt. As the sun sets, the salt will be spread into the ocean, allowing your troubles to be carried out to sea.
